BRENGER
I worked at Brenger for 1 year and 3 months. Brenger connects your transport request to couriers going that way anyway. Thereby making transport of bulky goods more affordable, enabling couriers to earn more on every kilometer and reducing CO2-emissions.
I worked on a daily basis with one of the founders of Brenger, a product manager and the development team. Based on qualitative and quantitative research, I made design iterations that the developers implemented. We worked in scrum sprints.
My day to day activities consisted of setting up AB tests, conducting user interviews, making prototypes, consulting with the various disciplines within the company and of course creating new designs in Figma. In this process I strictly adhere to the styleguide and I have a strong eye for the consistency that we wanted to maintain within the platform.
Some examples of the value that I added to Brenger, are the track & trace page, making users more conscience of sustainable options during the booking process and designing the planning dashboard for the drivers. Also I conducted research to optimize the whole booking flow and delivered a roadmap for the developers to implement the flow improvements.
